ZCal: Zimbra Calendar Sync

Note: On Android 6.0 or higher, you may be presented with a notification asking if you would like to allow syncing with Calendar or Contacts. To start the sync for those items, you’ll need to select Yes on the popups that appear. Your Zimbra account will begin to sync with your phone. Select to synchronize Mail, Contacts, and/or Calendars by setting the sliders to On. If you already have Contacts, a screen displays asking if you want to keep your current contacts on your iPhone. If you select to Keep on My iPhone, you may see duplicate entries of your contacts. Your Zimbra Mobile account is now set up. Launch “Zimbra Mail Converter” and select “TGZ files” Click “Calendar” and select “ICS Format” Choose required “Destination” and click “Convert” button to start the process Click on this link and go to “Setting”.

Setting Up Zimbra Calendars For Macbook

ZCal is a Zimbra calendar sync client for Android. Due to its implementation as sync adapter it integrates seamlessly with the default Calendar app.

ZCal does not rely on CalDav or Excange ActiveSync protocols unlike other calendar sync apps, and uses native Zimbra API's instead. This allows ZCal to work equally well with both Network and Community editions of Zimbra server without compromising on features.

Important!
* Android 4.1 (JellyBean) / Samsung Galaxy S4 users will have to install the workaround app if accounts disappear on reboot:
* Installing on SD Card is not supported, as Android does not support sync adapters installed on SD card and will remove accounts on reboot.
